Power taking method: measure the tension of the lifting rope.

4、 Control principle of torque limiter
There are three conventional controls of torque limiter in our company: amplitude upper limit control, amplitude lower limit control and overload control, which are described as follows:
1. Amplitude upper limit control: when the boom operates to the minimum amplitude (maximum angle), the instrument will give an audible and visual alarm, the amplitude upper limit relay will act, cut off the amplitude reduction circuit, and make the boom stop amplitude reduction, but it can move in the safe direction (amplitude increase)
2. Amplitude lower limit control: when the boom operates to the maximum amplitude (minimum angle), the instrument will send an audible and visual alarm, the amplitude upper limit relay will act, cut off the amplitude bribe, and make the boom stop increasing, but it can move in the safe direction (amplitude reduction)
3. Overload control: when the actual lifting capacity reaches 95% of the rated lifting capacity, the instrument will send out a full load audible and visual alarm, but not control. When the actual lifting capacity reaches 105% of the rated capacity, the instrument will send out an overload audible and visual alarm, the overload relay will act, cut off the fishing lifting circuit and boom amplitude increasing circuit, so that the crane can move in a safe direction (reduce the number of pairs or drop the hook)

5、 Precautions for ordering torque limiter
1. Specific model (wtl-a100, digital tube; wtl-a200, black and white screen or blue screen; wtl-a300, color screen machine, see product selection manual for details)
2. Several ways of weight (whether it is the main and auxiliary hook or the grab / hook)
3. Line length of goniometer;
4. Load curve table, arm length, magnification and center distance;
5. Sensor model, size and cable length;
6. Whether the weight sensor (pull type sensor) needs supporting guard plate;
7. Wire rope diameter;
8. Output control: normal control: upper limit, lower limit and overload; If there are other special requirements, special remarks are required;
9. Power type (24V, 220V, 380V)
