Recently, Weite successfully completed the renovation project of the 400T bridge crane control cabinet in the factory building of Yinzidu Hydropower Station, which is another PLC localization renovation project of the company. This includes the replacement of the bridge crane control cabinet, replacement of control cables, electrical modification wiring, installation of hook head limit on electric hoists, and bridge crane debugging.



The Yinzidu Hydropower Station project is located downstream of the Nanyuan Sancha River in the upper reaches of the Wujiang River, at the junction of Pingba County and Zhijin County in Guizhou Province. It merges with the Liuchong River to form the Yachi River, 51km away from the upstream Puding Hydropower Station, 43km away from the downstream Dongfeng Hydropower Station, and 97km away from Guiyang City. It is situated at the center of the Guizhou power grid. The power station with incomplete annual regulation performance has a total installed capacity of 360000 kilowatts, an average annual power generation of 978 million kilowatt hours, a static total investment of 1471.67 million yuan, and a dynamic total investment of 1537.91 million yuan.



In this renovation, due to some power cables not being replaced, the difficulty increased during the construction process. The after-sales engineers of Weite overcame numerous difficulties to ensure the normal use of the bridge crane for the major overhaul of the Yinzidu Power Plant after completion. Not only that, when the project leader of the power plant went to the site to inspect the wiring situation, he gave high praise to the engineers and stated that the electrical process standards of Weite are extremely high, which will be used as a model project in the future.
