Looking at the greeting card of WeChat friends circle celebrating the 20th anniversary of WeChat Technology Co., Ltd., I suddenly felt unbelievable and unreal. I sighed that time has passed so quickly for so many years. I have been in WeChat for nearly 15 years! 15 years!...

In a trance, I remembered a day in June 2007. I came to the Entrepreneurship Center on Development Avenue with my resume to apply. Looking at the building of the Entrepreneurship Center, I felt that Weite Company was very big!

During the interview, Mr. Nie asked me what I remember very much: "We often have to go on business here." I said that I just wanted to go out for a walk. After meeting General Manager Gao, he told him to go to work on Monday (6.10), so he joined Weite.

I was responsible for installing and debugging the moment limiter of the crawler crane alone after 20 days of employment, and saw the moment instrument and three pulleys of the first LCD screen.

I have become good friends with my colleague Hu Jinqiao, who joined the company at the same time. He often communicates with each other in his work. The development of the company has ushered in the managers of the four business divisions. I am lucky to be colleagues with them so far. This is just like when we entered primary school, junior high school, and high school together, and we still know those students nearby. Life can have several familiar faces that we can often see for more than ten years! Very good!

The pace of the company's development has never stopped. In 2012, I was transferred from the original on-site service work to serve as the technical support of the Marketing Department and the transformation of the task list. Of course, I also followed the pace of the company's development, learning office software, drawing software, doing PPT, understanding the maximum boundary of each product or hardware, and the possibility of extreme matching or modification of software, so as to meet the different needs of customers and strive for cost and time control.

The company's products are making continuous progress. This is the second generation of three pulley products that have been improved after several market trials. The product improvement has made great progress. Like the company's development in the same period, the company moved into its own office space. From then on, we proudly told customers that this is Weite's own factory.

In 2016, the company ushered in a real sense of change, separating the business division by the place and type of equipment. I took over the procurement in my original job, and the new job brings new learning. Supply chain construction, supplier management, cost and time control are all new challenges. Learning in work and working in learning are normal.

The progress of products has broadened the development of the market, and the original order that we dared not take has also been taken. This is a three pulley used on the windlass.

When the time comes to 2018, it is also an unfamiliar job to enter the after-sales management of the department in charge of the Shipping Business Division by chance. It is necessary to learn, but also a lot of fun. Every job is full of challenges. The development of the Business Unit is not enough to support sustainable growth without new products. Listening to customers' voices is the best shortcut to find users' needs. In this way, I turned to the development of users' product needs.

In retrospect, the content of each job has been changing over the years, but the constant is the continuous learning of new things for work. On the customer site, customers often ask me which university I graduated from. I smiled and said that I studied accounting. Looking at their surprised eyes, I recalled every bit of my 15 years in Weite, from 0 to 1 in various needs, from strangers to acquaintances in different positions. These experiences have become the most valuable wealth in my life. Thinking of these, I was relieved at that moment in the face of the customer's surprise...

The development of Weite in the past 20 years has been improved and updated year by year like the above products, which has already established a leading position in the industry, but it is also a new starting point for the next 20 years.

In the past 15 years, I have set up a family, changed my house and quarreled with my children. The growth rings crush the years relentlessly, but they come here unconsciously. I understand that I often see familiar people and ignore the passage of time.
