Hello, I'm Li Tianqun from Weite Order Guarantee Center. It's my pleasure to share my story with you. As time goes by, we have been living in Weite for 12 years.

From the on-site maintenance of after-sales service to the production and quality inspection, let me talk about the story slowly.

Twenty years have gone by. In the past 20 years, as a member of the company, I am truly proud and gratified.

I came to Weite in 2010, and now it will be 12 years. As a member who can witness the development of the company, I am happy that the company has given me the opportunity to experience this period of learning and progress in my life. At the beginning of my employment, the care of leaders and the warm help of colleagues made me quickly integrate into my work and slowly adapt to the pace of work. Here, you can see the busy figure of everyone and the happy smile on the faces of colleagues.

Time flies. I think of the confusion when I first entered the company. From the understanding of each component, the skilled use of tools, the welding of an instrument, the assembly and lighting; When encountering a problem, I find the line bit by bit, and I am glad to find the problem. Although they have their own hard work, they are more taught by the seniors and strictly trained by the company. The most profound thing is to draw the IO definitions corresponding to the 51 single-chip microcomputer. After several examinations, everyone will remember. This is very clear for us to understand the principle of the instrument, repair and solve problems. According to the phenomenon of the problem, you can probably tell what the problem is and narrow the scope of maintenance. Now the instruments are more complex, there are more types, and maintenance is more difficult, which requires me to keep up with the development of the company and the progress of the times.

When I do after-sales service, most of them are on-site maintenance and calibration data. At that time, the instruments were not so complicated as they are now, with simple functions and short duration. Some instruments were simply connected to a line for calibration and debugging; Some require programmer support; However, the situation on site is often more complex than the instrument itself. Only with solid technical skills and good on-site response ability can we get twice the result with half the effort.

In 2011, with the leadership, we began to contact quality inspection and finished product inspection, which requires care and a sense of responsibility. Any defect should be found and handled in a timely manner. We should work from the customer's point of view, check for the customer, and pick out our own problems. We should not only strictly control the quality but also guarantee the delivery date. Therefore, all links need to communicate and coordinate with each other and make improvements. If the standards are improved and updated, the pre-sales service is more detailed, and the statement of the task list is clearer, the production, procedures and quality inspection will not waste each other's time because of different understanding. Although quality inspection is the final quality control of products, the improvement of quality requires joint efforts of all links.

Although I failed to catch up with the birth of the company, I was lucky to experience Weite's twentieth birthday. In the past 20 years, Weite's changes and achievements are amazing and gratifying. The past is history, hope is in the future! Today, we take this as the starting line to start our new journey. I believe that with the joint efforts of all our Weite people, we will be able to make great achievements and create brilliance again. Let's move forward for the common goal!
