Gradually, we rented more and more offices and moved almost every six months. From one room to three floors, the company entered a period of rapid development.

We move forward step by step.

In 2011, Weite got the approval of industrial land on the day of her daughter's birth. In 2013, Weite moved into the new site, we had our own office building, dormitories and basketball courts, our own canteen aunts did not shake their hands, and our friends became increasingly mellow.

In January 2020, the epidemic situation was fierce and unprepared. If you receive a call from the company during the period of home isolation on the fifth day of the lunar month, you should donate money to the epidemic prevention command center. When I arrived at the company and successfully completed the transfer, Mr. Nie asked in the group who would like to accompany him to the Third Hospital to deliver masks and supplies to the front-line medical staff. In those days when we didn't know the results, we held morning and evening meetings every day. The partners encouraged and encouraged each other every day. At that time, the foreign trade even created more sales than the same period in 2019 before the epidemic started. The financial sisters worked overtime every day and jointly completed the establishment of version 1.0 of the amoeba accounting system. Data debugging is repeated, often involving tens of thousands of data, and sisters have never complained; The instability of the system and the limited temporary office conditions have led to the collapse of all the data that I just saw... When I was almost desperate, Sister Liu comforted me that I had nothing to do and had a backup to restore the data immediately; When encountering difficulties, we discussed solutions together, and tested them one by one without precedent... It was not easy to talk about the past, but we could not complete it if one person withdrew at that time. At this moment, I deeply realized that people often say that one person can go fast, and a group of talents can go far.

The holiday announcement was postponed again and again, during which the company's online banking KEY expired. We do not have a bank account that we can use, and the conditions at that time did not allow us to handle counter business in the bank. What about the salary of employees? Explain the actual situation to the employees, and I believe everyone will understand.However, Mr. Nie said that during the period of home isolation, confidence is more valuable than gold, and employees are more difficult. We should do our best to ensure that employees' salaries are paid in place.Just do what you say. The management of the company privately raised funds from various sources and used various transfer channels. As a result, the salary of the partners in that month, Alipay transfer, WeChat transfer, nail transfer, online banking transfer... various quotas were tested. With a retired laptop computer and a mobile phone, we achieved the normal payment of salaries of all employees during the epidemic period when online banking was unavailable.

In times of crisis, our responsibilities were obvious. When the surrounding economic environment changed suddenly, President Nie led us to choose unity and perseverance; When the company's future was uncertain, Mr. Nie chose to put the livelihood security of employees first; In addition to donating money, Mr. Nie also chose to go to the first-line anti epidemic scene in person at the first time. Weite has been able to grow into a small giant enterprise focusing on specialty and innovation through the growth cycle. Our helmsman has set the best example for us with practical actions.

On December 31, 2020, the Company will complete the adjusted annual tasks; On December 31, 2021, the Company will complete its annual tasks and achieve a sales growth of nearly 50%.
