In view of the youth and enthusiasm of the team and the pride of the two bosses in showing their special qualifications, I decided to stay and have a try. I didn't expect to stay in Weite for 12 years.

I remember that when I first entered the company, I caught up with the application for national high-tech enterprises. President Gao was in charge of it and all departments participated in it. At that time, the two bosses who worked overtime at night had to be there. I think it's strange. Do you need the boss to do the materials himself? Later, the company passed the recognition of high-tech enterprises and became the first national high-tech enterprise in the industry. I think general manager Nie was very excited that day and rushed to various departments to announce the good news.

With the growth of Weite, government departments gradually began to pay attention to Weite. The company's visit reception has gradually increased. I remember that at that time, the entrepreneurship center was under the management of the high tech Bureau of the high tech Zone. Deng Sanping, the director of the center, often came to talk to Mr. Nie with a smile. Whenever he met anyone, he would ask him enthusiastically. He gave us a lot of good development suggestions. At this time, although I was still mainly responsible for office work, I received more and more leaders' visits and filled in some government projects.

With the continuous introduction of the national innovation and entrepreneurship policy, the incubator has come to the wind. My work began to tilt towards the incubator business of Weite smart valley. In 2017, I was officially transferred to the incubator. This is a brand-new world, and the brand-new platform is full of opportunities and challenges. Those who take the lead in doing it are not bound by rules and regulations, they are more capable of exerting their skills, and they are more easily supported by the government.

At that time, the micro special park was just completed, and the surrounding roads were not repaired. In this case, the enterprises were also recruited. Along the way, Weite smart Valley took the lead in identifying the national professional technology business incubator in the city; It took the lead in holding the incubator's first private brand entrepreneurship competition - "smart Cup" entrepreneurship competition; It took the lead in holding the first Industrial Design Summit Forum, invited Professor Liu Guanzhong, a leading figure in the industry, to give lectures in person, and became a national industrial design enterprise; Taking the lead in transforming service-oriented manufacturing, Weite won the title of "national specialized new key small giant"; It took the lead in exploring the path of high-quality transformation of incubators, and cooperated with more than ten universities and institutes to jointly build Hubei sensor IOT Industrial Technology Research Institute.
