The second general meeting of the lifting hoist branch of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association was held in Anji County, Zhejiang Province from December 4 to 6, 2013. 144 representatives from 111 member units, Li Jing, executive vice president of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association and Zhao Chunhui, Secretary General of the crane standard committee, attended the meeting.

Xiao Liqun, chairman and Secretary General of the hoist branch, made the work report and financial report of the first Council to the General Assembly on behalf of the first Council. He reviewed and summarized that under the leadership of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association and with the active participation and support of all member units, the Council has done a lot of useful work in five aspects over the past four years, which has played a good role as a bridge between the government and enterprises.

The achievements of the first session of the Council have been unanimously affirmed by the general assembly. The General Assembly unanimously adopted two decisions, namely, the regulations on the work of the hoist branch and the standards and management methods for the payment of membership dues of the branch. The meeting unanimously approved the applications of 9 new joining enterprises, including Xianning sanning electromechanical Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Hengli machinery factory, Baoding huaige lifting machinery manufacturing Co., Ltd; It was unanimously agreed to cancel the membership of four enterprises including Dongtian polyurethane factory in Changle County, Shandong Province.

At the meeting, 12 enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the development of the industry and made outstanding achievements were awarded the title of advanced member units and issued honorary certificates.

The General Assembly held a general election in accordance with the articles of association. Comrade Zhang Yanjun, Deputy Secretary General of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, read out the "approval on the composition of the Second Council of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association hoist branch" and presided over the general election. The General Assembly voted by secret ballot to elect Zhang Weixin, Deputy Secretary General of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, as the chairman of the Second Council; Elected nine vice chairmen including Huang Longlin, general manager of Jiangyin Kaicheng Lifting Machinery Co., Ltd; Elected 33 directors including Gu Ningsheng, President of Jiangsu Sanma lifting machinery manufacturing Co., Ltd; Zhang Min was elected secretary general of the branch; The chief of the election monitoring team announced that a total of 91 ballots were issued and 88 valid ballots were issued. More than half of the votes agreed that all candidates were elected, in accordance with the provisions of the constitution of the Federation, and the election results were valid.

Comrade Zhang Weixin, the newly elected chairman of the second board of directors, said that he would unite the members of the second board of directors to work hard, make a correct orientation, focus on conducting in-depth research on the current hot and difficult issues, and serve the member units well. At the same time, Xue Liucheng, Ma Huiyan and Wang Xuefang were appointed as deputy secretaries general of the Second Council.

At the meeting, Li Jing, executive vice president of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, fully affirmed the work done by the first board of directors of the lifting hoist branch, and put forward hopes and requirements for the second board of directors. He focused on introducing the current state of economic operation in relevant fields and the heavy machinery industry and the prediction of future economic operation, as well as the main industrial work and contents of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association in five aspects, which was welcomed by the conference delegates.

Zhao Chunhui, Secretary General of the National Technical Committee for standardization of lifting machinery, introduced the development and revision of the lifting industry standards in 2013; Zhang Weixin, chairman of the branch, introduced the achievements made by the heavy machinery industry in scientific and technological innovation and the technical trend of future development; Chairman Wang Honghua of Zhejiang Guanlin Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced the enterprise situation, Dr. Xu Lei of DEMAG lifting machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. introduced the digital and intelligent process of electric hoist in the form of precious pictures, Zhang Yong, technical director of Kony crane equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. introduced the monitoring and communication services of cranes, Sheng Jiaqing, general manager of Zhejiang shuangniao Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced the enterprise management experience Mao Youshun, general manager of Nanjing Shentian lifting machinery equipment Co., Ltd., introduced the report on promoting the healthy development of enterprises through product innovation.
