Since the middle of July, the seventh brigade of Taiyuan administrative law enforcement corps has gone deep into the construction sites under its jurisdiction to carry out special rectification actions to prevent collapse accidents of construction hoisting machinery scaffolds. Up to now, 25 construction sites have been inspected, and the relevant certificates and qualifications of 44 lifting equipment, 66 safety officers and 253 special operators have been reviewed.

Through the inspection, the law enforcement personnel found the following problems: first, some lifting machines were not registered or were still in use beyond the deadline; Second, the lifting machinery lacks relevant materials such as lease certificate, installation acceptance report, maintenance record, etc; Third, individual safety officers and special operators have no certificates or their certificates have expired; Fourth, the operators of individual construction sites are inconsistent with relevant certificates. In this regard, the seventh brigade issued a total of 23 rectification order notices, requiring construction units with expired certificates and incomplete materials to stop using relevant equipment, immediately apply for certificates and improve materials, and continue to use after verification by law enforcement personnel; At the same time, six construction companies that did not handle the lifting machinery procedures were investigated.
