In May 2016, he returned to Yichang for development from other places due to personal reasons. On May 19, he officially became a member of Weite and worked in the Technology Department. Later, he was split into the program group of the Order Guarantee Center to be responsible for the program supply of orders.


The biggest problem in changing careers is to relearn. To enter the crane safety protection industry, you must have a general understanding of various crane structures and working principles, and deeply study the control principles, algorithms, various sensor signals, conventional output interfaces, etc. of safety protection devices. At that time, I would read the product descriptions and operation instructions of various instruments on the company's website and product brochures, find the instruments to operate by myself, and through theoretical learning combined with practical operation, I would reverse the implementation method of corresponding functional modules. So that I can master the principle and operation of various safety protection devices as soon as possible, and quickly integrate into new jobs.


The work of the procedure group of the order guarantee center mainly consists of two parts: order procedure guarantee and on-site after-sales treatment. Each person in the program group guarantees the supply of different products. I also guarantee the supply of the whole business unit's orders gradually, from the original blue screen machine to the later monitoring system and WTL-A700. What is needed most is a sense of responsibility and patience. In daily work, in order to ensure the stability of the program to the greatest extent, first of all, according to the requirements of the MO, add functions one by one, review the MO several times, and check whether there is any omission. After the program is completed, check the error prone items summarized by yourself one by one. Test yourself several times to simulate possible problems. The problem program cannot be distributed to the customer. When there are too many orders, I will roughly review all the order requirements, and complete the instruments with tight delivery dates and simple functions first to reduce the accumulation of task orders. Then concentrate on the complex task list program to ensure the program quality.


After sales handling requires patience. I often have a lot of things at hand, but I am waiting for me to modify the program. When everything is waiting for me and urging me, it is easy for people to be impatient, and it is easy for people to make mistakes when they are impatient. I remember that I received 50 after-sales calls at most one day. This procedure has not been changed yet, and another project's after-sales call has come again. Basically, after one change was sent to the site, I started to change the other. There was no time to drink water in the toilet from day to night. The biggest fear of after-sales treatment is the difficulties and complications on the site. The company cannot simulate the problems on the site, so it can only doubt the possible problems according to the description of after-sales personnel, and try to find problems again and again.


During the commissioning of the monitoring system in Gezhouba Power Plant, the system was not compatible due to the access of sensors from other manufacturers. The equipment was commissioned on the dam top gantry crane for three consecutive days, and the program was repeatedly debugged and modified. The river wind blew outside the driver's cab, and the driver's cab was sweating heavily. After unremitting efforts, this problem was solved. Later, other problems of the door operator were solved. I learned a lot of new knowledge in the process of solving the problem.


Everyone is constantly learning and growing, and improving themselves in constant review. Through constant learning and thinking, I will constantly improve my professional ability and knowledge level, and dabble in other majors after work. This is what I want to do well in the future.


With the progress of technology, the crane safety equipment is also developing towards intelligence. Unmanned and remote management are the future development direction of cranes.
