The elevator operation status monitoring function is realized by wt-emxq-v3 "elevator security guard" module, which collects, converts and analyzes various elevator status signals, provides elevator status summary and fault code information to the system, and realizes the monitoring of elevator status (floor, height, operation direction and speed, inverter temperature, accumulated operation time, etc.).

It mainly realizes the following functions:

1) This module is a special module developed by ourselves. For elevator control boards of different brands and models, it is compatible with various electrical interfaces, adaptive communication parameters, and self-learning of data protocols, so as to achieve communication compatibility.

2) Data collection: preset more than 10 kinds of communication protocols of elevator main control board, and collect relevant data of elevator operation status through the debugging, communication and other interfaces of elevator control system.

3) Data processing: analyze and statistically preprocess the encrypted data, and upload it to the remote system in real time.

4) Fault alarm: identify the system fault signal, analyze and judge the fault cause according to the signal data, and report to the remote system.

5) Remote debugging: remote debugging can be conducted through the system and internal EEPROM parameters can be adjusted to assist maintenance units and users in diagnosing and troubleshooting elevator faults.

6) Remote upgrade: business programs can be upgraded remotely, which is conducive to adding other business functions later.
