On May 4th, Youth Day, Micro Tech held the 2023 Business Elite PK Competition around the industry, products, technology, as well as after-sales and practical operations.

In the morning, the general managers of the four major business units will give a PPT speech on the applications in the petroleum, port, hydropower, and construction industries.

Subsequently, the technical chief engineers of each business unit had a new product technical exchange with the product managers of each technical center. The sales manager simulated the scene of a "product promotion meeting" to explain the main product PPT, while the after-sales technical engineers gave speeches around project construction and reporting.

The purpose of this PPT speech is communication. Everyone evaluates and summarizes each other, expresses their own opinions, and summarizes the issues of this speech: actively empathize, prepare well before the speech, create a relaxed atmosphere, and make improvements based on the above content.

The morning meeting ended with an award ceremony, congratulating the following Weite friends on being awarded the title of Business Elite.

In the afternoon, all sales, after-sales, and technical personnel participated in practical assessments and theoretical tests, and then learned the video content of vibration+dynamic weighing+steel wire rope, as well as the three views of mechanical design and collision avoidance system.

Through the 54 Youth Day, Weite launched this PK competition, aiming to guide employees to better familiarize themselves with products and explain the ability and skills of PPT.
