Accompanied by soothing music, in the gentle voice of the yoga instructor, the colleagues focused, studied hard, and enjoyed the "slow pace" experience brought by yoga. I stepped in halfway and don't like to exercise. I already have stiff shoulders and neck, sore back, and a bit stiff ligaments. Under the guidance of the teacher, one can either stretch their arms or stretch their limbs, and the body quickly becomes "overwhelmed" with a protest "creaking" sound. What a sour feeling!


But as I looked at the standard movements and serious expressions of my colleagues around me, my heart miraculously sank. Slowly let yourself relax, cooperate with even breathing, integrate your mind and body, stretch your body, adjust your posture, and soon fully immerse yourself.


An hour of training time flashed by, and when I stopped, I realized that I had already been sweating like rain. Amazingly, after practicing, it makes people feel full of joy and relaxation.


In a flash, I got the beauty of yoga!


At the end, I curiously chatted with my colleagues around me and learned about their feelings and achievements in learning yoga.



I love sports very much, but now I have to balance work and family, and I rarely have time to participate in sports. Since joining the Weite Yoga class, I have been able to feel a lot of relief from the soreness in my back and shoulders after every practice, and then the next day, I clearly feel that my mental state has improved. At the beginning of practice, because my body was not very strong, I would sweat a lot every time I did yoga, feeling very tired. The next day, I would still have some soreness on my body, but after long-term practice, there was no soreness. After sweating, I actually feel much more comfortable in my body. Of course, in addition to relaxing and relaxing the body, there are also some unexpected small gains, such as improving body posture and avoiding obesity.



I am delighted to be able to participate in the Weite yoga class and I am also very grateful for the company providing such a learning opportunity for yoga courses. After more than a year of practice, my understanding of yoga has also increased. Every time I take a yoga class, it makes me forget some of the pressure and small troubles in work and life, and immerse myself in the joy of exercise. My biggest achievement is adjusting my body shape. Previously, I used to enjoy bending and hunching, but through learning yoga, I clearly felt that my posture was more upright and elegant!



At the beginning of my exposure to micro yoga classes, I went with a mindset of giving it a try. Due to the nature of my work, I work at my desk for a particularly long time every day, which makes me particularly unfriendly to my cervical spine, shoulder circumference, and lumbar spine. I have also taken some yoga classes outside, but I haven't been able to persist. After playing here once, I gradually fell in love with this sport. The most obvious feeling is the changes in my body and mind. There are many things to do every day, which leads to me being constantly under high pressure. When I come to the classroom, I can put aside everything. Just feel the current self, be with myself, make me fully relaxed, make me calm, and most importantly, improve various "occupational diseases" in my body, which is very comfortable!


During the chat, I found that many colleagues had spent money outside to enroll in the Weite yoga class, but they didn't persist. However, here, they clock in on time every week and never miss out. They told me that because they were colleagues and had similar experiences, it was very enjoyable for everyone to communicate and exchange ideas together. Whenever we can't persist, we will encourage each other, learn from each other, and be forced to persist.
