I joined the micro mega family on March 29, 2019, responsible for managing the company's warehouse. I still remember the shocking feeling when I first walked into the Weite warehouse.

There are 6 warehouses in Weite, including raw material warehouse, electrical warehouse, machining warehouse, acoustic warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse, and finished product warehouse. Do you need to prepare so much? At that time, I was muttering in my heart. It wasn't until I gradually delved deeper into the company's work that I realized that in order to ensure quality and delivery, Weite began to control raw materials from the source. In addition to sufficient safety inventory, in order to cope with fluctuations in raw material supply, some raw materials are even prepared in advance based on annual usage.

After the shock, there was a sense of unease. I have never been exposed to this industry before, and now there are over a thousand types of single electronic components. At first glance, they look similar. Can I really handle it?

During the learning process, my doubts gradually dissipated. Weite Warehouse has a mature management system, supported by professional software, and adopts scientific coding planning and management. The entire process of electronic material picking and real-time inventory updates With a combination of punches, I, as an outsider, have gradually become proficient.

The hardware conditions are all met, but it still requires hard work to manage the warehouse well. For example, the storage methods of materials, some require film covering, some require moisture resistance, environments such as chips that require constant temperature, humidity, and static electricity prevention, and how to distinguish and recognize various materials, all of which need to be learned. At that time, as soon as I had free time, I bundled into the warehouse and carried various small notes with me. Whenever I had time, I glanced at them and my husband even laughed at me, which made me feel a bit confused.

Kung Fu pays off to those who have a heart, and the learning process of grinding people quickly passes. Gradually, I also explored some of my own methods. In order to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and production supply upon receiving the material requisition, I will prepare materials in advance according to the BOM, replace large packages with small ones, and mark them properly... This greatly improves the efficiency of material requisition work.

Many people say that warehouse management is a tedious job. But I think there is also some fun in being dull. The largest electrical cabinet in the warehouse has one or two cubic meters of materials, and the smallest chip is smaller than sesame. During the inventory, we joked not to sneeze, otherwise we might not be able to find it immediately. And the heaviest, most expensive While understanding the materials, it also adjusted the mood.

Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, there are four seasons. Fortunately, for four years, the warehouse has always ensured the timeliness and accuracy of material requisition, with a 100% pass rate for material requisition, and has provided satisfactory answers to itself and the company.
