Suddenly, I was curious about how people who deal with such complicated and detailed application materials maintain such an optimistic and cheerful personality. Therefore, I immediately went to interview her, and the following story emerged.

I joined a WEITE family in March 2021, specializing in a series of tasks such as applying for various qualifications, annual review, and certificate renewal.

I still remember the feeling of anxiety and joy when I first got the qualification list after entering the company. The reason for my anxiety is that there are indeed many micro special qualifications, most of which have not been contacted before; The reason for joy is that the more qualified you are, the more room you have to exert your skills and realize your value faster. So while I was studying various certification standards and familiarizing myself with the company's various processes, I was rubbing my hands and waiting for opportunities to practice.

The opportunity soon arrived. In May, the "Special Equipment Production License/Administrative License Approval Decision Letter - Hoisting Machinery Installation (Including Repair) - Bridge and Gantry Cranes (A)" reached the time node for application for license renewal. This qualification was first certified in 2018, and the certification rules were updated in 2019. The new regulations upgrade the original qualification from simple lifting machinery repair to installation (including repair), which has a wider scope and stricter corresponding certification rules.

After careful preparation, it took only two months to complete the data collation and online application. On the contrary, due to the impact of the epidemic, the expert on-site review was postponed until early April of the next year before it was finally completed. At that time, I happened to have a minor surgery due to physical reasons. Two days after the surgery, I couldn't afford to rest any more, so I immediately threw myself into work.

Finally, on May 16th, 2022, I obtained a new qualification certificate. My first task in the company finally came to a conclusion, and I handed over a satisfactory answer to myself and the company!

In retrospect, in more than two years at Weite, I have handled more than ten certificates. During the continuous process of preparing application materials, I have gained a systematic understanding of the industry and a new understanding of these qualifications, such as: construction enterprise qualification certificate - Class III professional contracting for lifting equipment installation engineering, safety production license (construction), CCS classification society certification, EU CE certification, and so on. They are no longer simple names, but represent various strict and even strict certification conditions behind them, It is a comprehensive inspection and recognition of Weite from the aspects of management standardization, personnel professionalism, workplace, equipment and facilities, product quality, case results, etc!

During the interview, I curiously asked her, "At first glance, this position looks dull and not brilliant. Have you ever been tired of dealing with those boring certification standards?"

"She smiled heartily and told me, 'It's okay, every position has its charm. Every time I learn a new standard, I especially look forward to practicing it. Testing what I have learned in the process of practice is a very interesting thing in itself!'"
