When the bridge crane works, it needs to move back and forth on the track to lift the goods. Most of the bridge crane tracks in the plant will use multi crane cooperation. Collision is inevitable between bridge cranes. However, the mechanical limit collision warning distance is too short, and long-term disrepair will lead to collision between adjacent and upper and lower tracks during bridge crane operation, resulting in accidents.

The wt-hw (800) / g anti-collision system cooperates with the detection sensor to completely prevent the occurrence of the above accidents. It can send clear voice warning when two vehicles are working nearby, and stop the crane from running in the dangerous direction when necessary.

Scope of application: monitoring requirements for anti-collision of cranes in places where bridge cranes and gantry cranes are on the same track and cross tracks.

The 240X128 dot matrix LCD screen is used to display the parameters and status in a variety of ways such as numbers, Chinese characters and graphics. The panel is covered with PC, and the Chinese and English concave and convex keys are equipped with prompt sound operation, which is simple and fast.

RS485 and 4 ~ 20m interfaces can be reserved for remote control.
