As the "National Day" and "Eid al AdhA" are approaching, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Xinjiang Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture organized all units of the whole system to conduct a major inspection on the safety of special equipment within the scope of Yili Prefecture, so as to ensure the safe operation of special equipment and let the people of all ethnic groups enjoy a happy and peaceful Festival.

Since September 23, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Yili Prefecture has organized personnel to carry out special safety inspection on the amusement facilities of Yining railway station, airport, shopping mall, liquid ammonia enterprise, Yili south bank park and Haijing park according to the unified deployment of the Quality Supervision Bureau of the autonomous region.

Recently, the Bureau of quality supervision of Yili Prefecture also set up an inspection team to conduct spot checks on the users of liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, carbon dioxide, liquefied gas and natural gas in Yining City, Yining County, Chabuchar County, Huocheng County, port and other counties and cities, and strictly inspect the "three implementation", "two certificates", "one inspection" and "one plan" of each enterprise. During the inspection, the law enforcement personnel listened to the report of the person in charge of the user unit on the daily use of special equipment, the safety guarantee during the festival, and the implementation of the main responsibility of the enterprise; Inspected the establishment and perfection of safety technical files of special equipment, the registration and inspection of special equipment, the daily safe operation of special equipment, the daily records and the employment of special equipment operators with certificates. At the same time, all units are required to improve their safety awareness during festivals to ensure the safe operation of special equipment.

So far, Ili Prefecture Quality Supervision Bureau has inspected and spot checked more than 200 special equipment of 30 units, including 40 amusement facilities, 100 pressure vessels, 30 elevators and 30 lifting machines. For the problems found in the inspection, the law enforcement personnel shall order the enterprise to rectify within a time limit and issue a safety supervision instruction. At the same time, follow up and supervise the rectification of enterprises to ensure the safety of special equipment within the jurisdiction.
