Recently, the Bureau of quality supervision of Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, together with the Bureau of quality supervision of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and the special inspection office of the prefecture, intensified the safety inspection of special equipment and carried out special inspection of special equipment.

Wenchuan county is the epicenter of the "5.12" earthquake. There are many post disaster reconstruction projects, and the safety of special equipment is very important. During the inspection, law enforcement personnel went deep into Sanjiang, Yinxing, mianyi and other townships and Taoguan Industrial Park to specifically investigate the safety hazards of special equipment of enterprises. During the inspection, we focused on the investigation and treatment of safety hazards in heavy industrial enterprises, and comprehensively implemented the safety responsibility mechanism for special equipment. For special equipment such as bridge erecting machines, cranes, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, elevators, boilers, forest trains, etc., which are found to have potential safety hazards and are found to be unqualified after inspection, the user shall be ordered to rectify within a time limit and eliminate the potential safety hazards on site. The operation inspected 12 special equipment users and issued special equipment safety supervision instructions to two illegal production enterprises.
