In order to ensure the safe use of special equipment in the jurisdiction, recently, Xuecheng Quality Supervision Bureau of Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province invited experts from the municipal special equipment testing and Research Institute in boiler, pressure vessel, lifting machinery and other aspects to go deep into the enterprise to carry out special equipment inspection.

The inspection focused on chemical, mechanical processing and other industrial and mining enterprises with a large number and variety of special equipment, and focused on small boilers, pressure vessels, gas cylinders and special equipment in densely populated places. The main content of the inspection was to fully promote the legal person commitment system of special equipment and accelerate the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise safety.

During the inspection, experts and special equipment supervisors went to the front line to carefully study and analyze the production process, working principle of special equipment, important links of safety inspection and types of safety accidents. Each equipment shall be inspected in place to eliminate blind spots. At the same time, the experts also explained the safety knowledge of equipment safety operation, maintenance and management to the safety management personnel of special equipment of the enterprise. Through the joint inspection of experts and supervisors, the special equipment safety knowledge of supervisors was enriched and the supervision level of supervisors was improved; It also provides guidance for enterprises to find problems and eliminate hidden dangers in time, and is welcomed by enterprises.
