2. The jacking operation platform pin shaft of Jindi 1912-6 # tower crane is missing, the bolts at the connection between the slewing support and the jacking jacket are loose, and the foundation is flooded.

3. Impression: the limit and lifting height limit of tower crane of West Lake 1 # building failed after luffing; 2 # tower crane lifting height limit failure; 3 # tower crane fails to stop after luffing, and all fixed pins of platform guardrail are missing cotter pins.
