In order to further strengthen the safety supervision of lifting machinery in the city, strengthen the awareness of safe production of enterprises, ensure the safe operation of lifting machinery and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. Since April 18, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Xiangcheng City, Henan Province has carried out a 10-day special law enforcement inspection on the lifting machinery used by enterprises within its jurisdiction.

The Bureau focused on the inspection of the user's information on the installation of lifting machinery, the use registration, the regular inspection, the work of operators with certificates, and the preparation of emergency rescue plans. At the same time, the implementation of such systems as "three implementation" (implementation of safety production responsibility system, implementation of safety management organization and personnel, and implementation of regular inspection) and "two certificates" (use of special equipment certificates and work of special equipment operators with certificates) was inspected, and the safety objective responsibility statement of special equipment users was signed one by one to urge the users to implement the main responsibility of safety production.

Up to now, the Bureau has inspected 11 lifting machinery users and 12 lifting machines, issued 6 special equipment safety supervision instructions to the units with potential safety hazards, ordered them to make corrections within a time limit, and urged the units that failed to register the use of lifting machinery and overdue equipment to do a good job in use registration and regular inspection.
