Recently, the establishment meeting and first session of the Electrical and Intelligent Subcommittee of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Lifting Machinery (hereinafter referred to as the "Electrical and Intelligent Subcommittee") was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. General Manager Gao Yumin of Weite Technology Co., Ltd. was appointed as a member of the Electrical and Intelligent Subcommittee.

Cao Yiding, Director of the National Standardization Administration Committee, Tan Xiangning, Deputy Chief Engineer of the China Machinery Industry Federation, Wang Shunting, Secretary General of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Hoisting Machinery, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Crane Transportation Machinery Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and other leaders were invited to attend the meeting.

The establishment meeting is presided over by Secretary General Wang Shunting. Firstly, Director Cao Yiding read out the "Composition Plan for Establishing the Electrical and Intelligent Sub technical Committee of the National Crane Equipment Standardization Technical Committee" (Announcement No. 15 of the National Standardization Management Committee in 2022), and the leaders issued certificates to the members of the first Electrical and Intelligent Sub committee. Subsequently, Director Cao Yiding and Deputy Chief Engineer Tan Xiangning delivered speeches at the meeting, while Yue Wenchong, Chairman of the Electrical and Intelligent Branch and Deputy General Manager of Beijing Crane Transport Machinery Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., delivered a speech.

At the first meeting of the Electrical and Intelligent Branch, all members reviewed the articles of association of the Electrical and Intelligent Branch, the working rules of the Secretariat, the framework and system table of the standard system, and the 2023 standard plan project. The focus was on discussing the national standard draft "Intelligent System of Lifting Machinery Part 1: Terminology and Classification", laying the foundation for the introduction of relevant standards for intelligent lifting machinery.

In recent years, the intelligent and high-end development of equipment in the field of lifting machinery has been rapid. The establishment of the Standardization Technical Committee of the Electrical and Intelligent Branch will vigorously promote the intelligent standardization work of lifting machinery, accelerate the formulation of intelligent standards, and comprehensively support the digital, automated, and intelligent development of the lifting machinery industry, laying a solid foundation.


The National Standardization Administration officially announced (No. 15 of 2022) the establishment of the Electrical and Intelligent Branch. Before the establishment of the branch, the Electrical Equipment Working Group of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Lifting Machinery had been established in 2015. At the beginning of its establishment, Weite participated in it. The Electrical Equipment Working Group laid the foundation for the establishment of the Electrical and Intelligent Branch, and Weite also contributed to the standardization and development of electrical intelligence.
