Because of my work, I often come into contact with bosses and experts and scholars. Most of them are respected in society. If I want to deal with them for a long time, I must get their recognition and respect. On the one hand, these respects come from the reputation and influence of Weite itself, which can help them solve any problems, and, more importantly, from my own personality, vision and work ability. If I have no higher pursuit and do not improve myself, how can I carry out my work smoothly?

The most important reason why we can become partners is that we are better at doing complex and difficult things.
In 2017, we selected the talent innovation and entrepreneurship service platform of Hubei Province to go to Wuhan for defense. At that time, I was in charge of this matter and made a lot of preparations. I knew that we had a high possibility of winning the evaluation, but it was difficult to say how many places we could rank. I went to the scene and saw that the judges, spectators and contestants were sitting in a dark room. Other units sent at least 2 or 3 people to reply. I was alone. The person in charge was surprised to see me and said, "why did you come alone?"? I'm so nervous. The main reason is that I didn't expect people to pay so much attention to me. I also found an expert to give me guidance and encouragement in advance. I was more confident after listening to her constantly saying that our materials were very good and things were done well. At the beginning of my report, my voice trembled. The person in charge sat down and sympathized. In the end, I only got the third place because I was nervous. Although I also got the support from the provincial government, I think it's a pity. This is the first time that I have been independently responsible for the report and defense of provincial projects. It is also the first time that many people have affirmed that we have the strength to be the first. Last year, I experienced similar things. I went to the provincial defense alone and came back first.

(3) be responsible for their own and collective results
It is the right way to be responsible for the results, but what I am talking about is not only the results of individual responsibilities or tasks, but also the results of team tasks and collective honor and disgrace.
I would like to thank the finance team and sister Liu in particular. I can get timely response and support from her whether we need to do project audit, sudden acceptance inspection, or interpretation of key data. She is responsible for the collective results. Similarly, I sometimes ask Liu Yan for human support, and I ask several senior managers of the business department to check contracts and cases for information, including participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition in recent years. I ask Mr. Shi to send people to participate in the competition. Most of the time, I can get a positive and rapid response.
