Be more patient with others and consider whether your words and deeds represent the image of Weite. So how can we become an excellent partner? I share some of my thoughts and feelings.

(1) have higher material and spiritual pursuit

Because of my work, I often come into contact with bosses and experts and scholars. Most of them are respected in society. If I want to deal with them for a long time, I must get their recognition and respect. On the one hand, these respects come from the reputation and influence of Weite itself, which can help them solve any problems, and, more importantly, from my own personality, vision and work ability. If I have no higher pursuit and do not improve myself, how can I carry out my work smoothly?

2 have a desire to challenge and pursue a sense of achievement

The most important reason why we can become partners is that we are better at doing complex and difficult things.

In 2017, we selected the talent innovation and entrepreneurship service platform of Hubei Province to go to Wuhan for defense. At that time, I was in charge of this matter and made a lot of preparations. I knew that we had a high possibility of winning the evaluation, but it was difficult to say how many places we could rank. I went to the scene and saw that the judges, spectators and contestants were sitting in a dark room. Other units sent at least 2 or 3 people to reply. I was alone. The person in charge was surprised to see me and said, "why did you come alone?"? I'm so nervous. The main reason is that I didn't expect people to pay so much attention to me. I also found an expert to give me guidance and encouragement in advance. I was more confident after listening to her constantly saying that our materials were very good and things were done well. At the beginning of my report, my voice trembled. The person in charge sat down and sympathized. In the end, I only got the third place because I was nervous. Although I also got the support from the provincial government, I think it's a pity. This is the first time that I have been independently responsible for the report and defense of provincial projects. It is also the first time that many people have affirmed that we have the strength to be the first. Last year, I experienced similar things. I went to the provincial defense alone and came back first.

(3) be responsible for their own and collective results

It is the right way to be responsible for the results, but what I am talking about is not only the results of individual responsibilities or tasks, but also the results of team tasks and collective honor and disgrace.

I would like to thank the finance team and sister Liu in particular. I can get timely response and support from her whether we need to do project audit, sudden acceptance inspection, or interpretation of key data. She is responsible for the collective results. Similarly, I sometimes ask Liu Yan for human support, and I ask several senior managers of the business department to check contracts and cases for information, including participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition in recent years. I ask Mr. Shi to send people to participate in the competition. Most of the time, I can get a positive and rapid response. I believe that these things are not only the role of leaders in greeting, but also the recognition that they are for the company and responsible for the collective results.

(4) initiative is the greatest example

Partners are the role models of ordinary employees. How to set an example, I think it is not necessarily better than others in everything, but proactive in everything. In recent years, I gradually feel that new employees have more passion than old employees and are more proactive in doing things, although the probability of making mistakes is also relatively large. I haven't checked the average age of the partners, but the probability is over 35. When I was about 35 years old, I also had this tendency of development. But it was soon found that there was a sinking track. Every complaint and accusation we make will only consume our good luck. Taking the initiative to solve problems is the example we should set.

(5) proper appearance is also important

As a partner, he usually takes charge of important posts. I think that only by maintaining a healthy and non greasy appearance, dressing as well as being clean and tidy as possible, and speaking and behaving more confidently and friendly can we convince people that we are partners and principals of important posts. This is not only respect for others, but also a kind of self-confidence, which can convey the state of youth and vitality.
