Gao Yumin, general manager and technical director of Weite, is a member of the expert group of the national Lifting Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. In 2018, it won the National May 1st Labor Medal, and in 2019, it won the Yichang development contribution award.

Gao Yumin model worker Innovation Studio was founded in May 2013. In 2018, it was rated as Hubei model worker Innovation Studio. There are 37 R & D engineers, 30 technicians with intermediate or above titles, and 3 technicians with senior titles (by the end of 2021). Since its establishment 8 years ago, the studio has implemented 300 innovation projects, 230 independent intellectual property rights, 7 invention patents, and 3 invention patents. A total of 20 papers have been published.

The studio participated in the formulation of 17 national / bank standards, and 9 national / bank standards have been issued and implemented (by the end of 2021).
