Since the company has set a goal for us, we must go all out to achieve it. At that time, we had two sales, one internal service, one technology and two technical services. Through the continuous efforts of team members, we exceeded the target in the first three years, and the sales reached 14.17 million. The year 2020 is the second three years of our plan. We have decided to form a three pronged trend in the port, shipping and metallurgy industries. The change of the market demand has led to the change of the product demand from the original single safety demand to the demand for solving the hidden dangers of safety and the pain points and difficulties of production management. At that moment, we felt an unprecedented crisis. Our products could not meet the needs of customers. As soon as the epidemic was unsealed, we visited key customers at the first time, especially the project of Valin Xianggang. The company is very interested in the equipment intelligent management and operation and maintenance system we have made in Pangang. After many exchanges, both parties have reached an agreement on technical requirements, but the other party has put forward higher requirements for us: first, 5g network must be applied, and then the installation period is three days. In the face of customers' requirements, we actively respond, organize teams to solve product technical problems, and ensure good product supply. Next, faced with the difficulties of short construction period and urgent installation tasks, the project leader led a service team of dozens of people to meet the difficulties and work 24 hours without interruption, and finally completed the task within the specified time. Our service team is highly praised by customers. In the second phase of the project, the customer first thought of us and said that he was very confident that we would complete it.
