Recently, the transformation project of several gantry crane torque limiters of Huangshi Port Group Co., Ltd. has been successfully accepted after nearly ten days of intensive on-site construction.

Huangshi port group is the main body of Huangshi port. It is the only wholly state-owned port enterprise in our city funded by the Municipal State owned assets supervision and Administration Commission. Currently, there are 6 main production terminals. The project of this transformation is the moment limiter of the dock gantry crane. As the equipment of the dock is relatively old, the original safety protection device cannot meet the existing production safety standards. The dock decides to upgrade the moment limiter. There were many enterprises participating in the bidding. Finally, the owner chose the products of Weite and the company again, which is another cooperation after the transformation project of floating crane torque limiter.

The wtl-a200 torque limiter equipped by Weite in this reconstruction project has the functions of real-time monitoring, dynamic display, audible and visual alarm, data backup, power-off memory and password protection. The maximum berthing capacity of the terminal is 5000 tons, the actual seasonal reliable berthing capacity is 18000 tons, the maximum lifting capacity of the terminal is 40 tons, the total area of the depot is 100000 square meters, and the annual comprehensive throughput of the port is 10 million tons.
