Gansu Heihe Longshou first stage hydropower station

Gansu Heihe Longshou Hydropower Station is the eighth hydropower station in the cascade planning of the middle and upper reaches of the Heihe River in Gansu. The hydroproject is composed of a river retaining dam, a dam body flood discharge structure, a water diversion and power generation system and a left bank side ground powerhouse. The total length of the dam crest is 217.32m and the maximum dam height is 80m.

The control equipment of the emergency access door of the Headrace Tunnel of Longshou I hydropower station is old and the hoisting operation mechanism is disordered; The opening calibrator fails to rise and fall accurately; The indication of the load meter and the opening meter is wrong or the error is large; The spare parts cannot be purchased at present due to the replacement of the electrical components of the control system; It is difficult to operate, so it is urgent to upgrade the technology to ensure the normal use of the gate under emergency conditions.

Automatic locking beam installation

The Weite technical engineer formulated a special solution to the problems existing in the control system of the emergency bulkhead gate of the Headrace Tunnel of Longshou I Hydropower Station. The control box and resistor of emergency access door of Headrace Tunnel shall be replaced and reconstructed as a whole. In addition, one set of network communication equipment is added to the gate lifting safety monitoring system for the remote control operation of the gate, including the opening load indicator, the gate opening sensor, the gate load sensor, the limit switch, and two sets of automatic locking devices and radar water level meters installed at the bottom of the gate to monitor the water level before and after the gate filling to ensure the normal opening and closing of the gate.

Field work

The gate control system has the following technical characteristics after upgrading and transformation by micro and special technicians:

High reliability:The system is equipped with electrical and mechanical limit protection, electrical operation protection, etc.

high-precision:The system uses a multi turn absolute encoder, and the operation accuracy of the gate can reach mm;

Simple structure:PLC → communication network → upper computer, effectively reducing investment cost and maintenance cost;

Industrial communication network:Industrial Ethernet communication is adopted between the upper computer and the local equipment, and there will never be data change caused by communication interference;

High speed:The combination of high-performance PLC, upper computer and industrial Ethernet makes the communication delay less than 1ms, and the change of field signal will be transmitted to the display screen of upper computer at the fastest speed;

Diversity of operation modes:Can complete local manual control, remote manual control, remote precise control, system automatic control and other operations;
